The Denver Post is reporting that Christopher Bartkowicz has pled guilty in a Federal Courtroom in Denver to drug charges stemming from the raid of his medical-marijuana growing operation. Bartkowicz, 37, pled guilty to three counts and was taken into custody. A report will now be prepared by the probation department, and sentencing will soon follow. Under an agreement with the United States Attorney, Bartkowicz will receive a sentence of five years in the Bureau of Prison and will be assessed a fine.
