By press release, The Denver District Attorney’s Office is reporting that three former Arvada Police Officers have been charged in connection with a January 2010 arrest.

The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation.  As a result, Charles Humphrey, Whitney Bauma and Noah Rolfing were each charged in connection with the incident.

Humphrey was charged with: Assault, Duty to Report Use of Force by a Peace Officer, First Degree Official Misconduct and False Reporting to Authorities; Bauma was charged with: Duty to Report Use of Force by a Peace Officer, Official Misconduct, and False Reporting to Authorities; Rolfing was charged with: Duty to Report Use of Force by a Peace Officer, Official Misconduct, and False Reporting to Authorities.
