The Daily Camera reports that prosecutors have filed 15 charges against Bruco Strong Eagle Eastwood, the alleged shooter in the February 23, 2010 at Deer Creek Middle School, in Denver.

Eastwood, 32, of Hudson, Colorado, faces up to 97 years in prison if convicted on all counts. He is being held in the Jefferson County Jail in lieu of $1 million cash bail bond.

Eastwood’s father has stated that he believes his son suffers from schizophrenia.
