The Coloradoan.com is reporting that Colorado State Trooper Robert Leslie Salazar, 47, has been charged with assault. The complaint alleges that Salazar pushed his girlfriend down a flight of stairs and broke her cell phone. Salazar appeared in Larimer County Court on Tuesday and reported an inability to pay a $1,000.00 bond. He was later released on a personal recognizance bond of $1,250.
