Police tried to stop a vehicle for a broken tail lamp. The car stopped but took off when the cops exited their vehicle. A chase ensued but the police stopped the pursuit for safety reasons.

After an investigation Brandon Love was arrested and charged with the offenses of: Vehicular Eluding, Driving Under Restraint (Habitual Traffic Offender), No Operator License and Tail Lamp violation. After a 2 day trial, a Denver County jury acquitted Brandon of all charges.
